Since setting up the District, our first commitment has been to support and relaunch technical and higher education in our area.

Training is the synthesis of what we believe in: a supply chain that is one and the same with the territory, aiming to make companies thrive, giving room to young people, and enhancing skills.

We believe education means above all promoting innovation and supporting companies and the territory towards a greener and more sustainable system, a true revolution in sustainability.

Specifically:

we collaborate with schools of all levels, creating educational workshops and orientation activities that combine a scientific approach and the Montessori method.
we have helped launch and continuously support the 'Green Leather Manager’ Higher Technical Education course in terms of time, resources, commitment and promotion.
we connect the school and business worlds, facilitating encounters between students and businesses, supporting the setting up of new traineeships, organising visits and shared meetings.
we promote and organise information and training activities of interest to the entire supply chain, in cooperation with organisations, educational institutions and training agencies.
we bring skills from the best universities and technical research centers to the territory, making them available to our companies.
we collaborate with leading training agencies on targeted training programmes financed through calls for tenders, the European Social Fund and other forms of concession.
